Avery Townhomes:
This is a set of four individual homes built with Logix ICF walls providing superior insulation, along with fire and sound separation Fortruss slab forms separate the garage on the main level from the living space above giving excellent insulation and a fire rating. Insulworks under slab insulation on the ground floor entry and tied to the hydronic floor heating though-out the homes.
Master Suite Addition:
Logix ICF walls and Fortruss patio roof build a strong and comfortable master suite under a timber beam patio cover.
Western Crossing:
Two three story triplexes designed to look like the historic home in the neighborhood. The Logix ICF walls with radiant floor heating make these rentals very efficient to heat. The ICF walls also cut the sound from the nearby railroad tracks.
